Orkar inte skriva på engelska..

Imorgon ska jag börja köra rätt hårt igen. JAg har typ itne gått ner nåt alls i sommar men eftersom jag tränat 3ggr i veckan i snitt så har jag iaf mått bra.

Tanken är nu att sätta upp schema både för mat, träning och ekonomi.

Mer om detta imorgon. Nu skall jag återhämta mig från dagens träningspass med lite tacos och första avsnittet av serien eureka. p out.

Another couple of days have passed and I've been having some nice workouts..

Tomorrow is midsommarafton which normally means vodka+beer+food en masse. Hopefully it will be a bit different this year. I'll start the day off at the gym at least and then see what happens hehe.

Hmm too much being sick, partying and shitty food lately. Time to start all over again....
Full pass at the gym today after two weeks of having a cold, going to exam parties, watching football and drinking etc etc... Drinking, cookies and ice cream is baaaad mmkay.

I've been sick for a week.. sucks huge donkeyturd..

Anyway, today I started anew with 5h of beachvolleyball at Kristaiandstad nation.. I feel pretty exhausted now but it's nice to move the whole body for a change..

I've probably gained some weight because of some ice cream and graduationparties as well so I'll hazard a guess at 100kg..

Party+Training on saturday, rest on sunday, training*2 on monday...

I've been slacking with updates. I'm a bit worried about catching a cold atm. My throat feels sore and I have a bit of a running nose. Hopefully it can be cured by some positive thinking because I haven't got time for a cold! With the term just over I guess it might be a reaction for all the stress during the last two weeks. Anyhow, I'm gonna go for exercise 40 later on today unless I really think I might have a cold.

Summer break one day earlier than I was planning... I really don't think I will go to my exam tomorrow. I think the one I wrote today went fine and the one I had last week (medicine for technicians) was published today and I was best of my class hehe. All in all 17 points in this 7 week period.. :) Only six more exams left on LTH!

I went spinning for 42mins yesterday while studying and today I went for a marathon session with 73min spinning, 30min weights and 10min rowing. The best thing about it is that I'm not feeling tired afterwards, just refreshed :)

Studying tomorrow and the day after which might prevent me from training, but today (tonight I guess) I went and did some rowing, spinning, abs, back and HIIT.

The HIIT really seems to do crazy wonders hehe.

Oh, and I had another buffet frenzy lunch today but I managed to eat 50% meat and 50% sallad! I always get my carbs from EXTREM bread (best freaking bread I've ever tried) so don't worry about those, I haven't forgotten about them hehe. ;)

HIIT at the end of training today.. That's probably a bit better since that gives me more energy for the weights that I do before spinning and HIIT. Endorphines en masse after that HIIT hehe.

Today I tried some HIIT (high intensity interval training)

I'm not really sure that I performed it correctly but the way I did it was to do intervals on the rowing machine. 30sec 2min/500m tempo followed by 30sec 1:40min/500m tempo and then I repeated that for 11 minutes. It sure felt like fire in the body. I'm probably gonna continue doing it since I read that it's a good way of burning fat and yet gaining some muscles.
